Pizza Hut India — Refund not happened for failed transaction at pizzahut website more than 30 days | |||||
I ordered pizza on 15-Dec 2 times mVisa payment(620 RS each) failed and Pizzahut website didn't respond. finally paid through credit card and order was delivered. Called on same day to pizzahut about transaction and they assured me refund will be done in 11 days which never happened. I called customer care multiple time every time they say they are looking in to. raised request on website 2 time no response either. I have confirmed with HDFC Bank and they have confirmed that money has been transferred to PIZZAHUT. Refund my money immediately Your feedback ID is 54019. Your feedback ID is 53304.
