I had done credit card transaction on 27/12/18 at mall road shimla outlet of rs. 389/- but by some technical fault the above transaction was done twice. Your front desk executive said the second transaction will refund but after expiry of 24 hrs no refund recieved. Please look into the matter and do the needful for refund.
