[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — refusal of service. | |||
I ordered from the food ordering app, Zomato and placed an order for Pizza Hut. The order got accepted and declined soon after. My order was flat out cancelled for some unknown reason. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from such a famous food brand. I won't be ordering from this restaurant till the customer service is not improved. Even the dine-in experience is equally disappointing. The smallest orders take a very long time and sometimes they serve cold food. This should stop immediately as the company will definitely end up losing a lot of their costumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
