I visited along with my Son at Thakur Villege centre at @10 PM
There were many empty tables 10/12 in nos. unfortunately all of them were not cleaned even though customers finished their meals and left.
I have even approached one staff member and requested him about providing seating place but he repeatedly ignored me even was not bothered to listen as well as respond.
Finally I found one table and tried to occupy however Mr. Khan who was managing counter activities came forward and rudely said “ Yaha pe mat betho” don’t seat here . I was surprised and got quite disturbed and replied him why I can’t seat here . He replied me in rude tone that some hanging light cable issue and there are many tables you seat their .
I asked him show me the single table which is clear after leftovers from previous table.
Then he replied rudely and indecent manner.
I called the person whom I was approaching to arrange for seat who he was ignoring my request.
He also accepted it and apologise me however Mr. Khan was continued to be rude.
I am surprised to see such a rude and indecent behaviour of Mr.Khan who doesn’t deserve any quality of customer centricity is working under Pizza Hut . Was this information helpful? |
