[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — wrong address taken by website | |||
I am residing in Gurgaon and placed an order with Order #3002704 on 19/07/2018 through pizza hut.co.in I opted for delivery at my registered address on the website. I made the payment online using my credit card. Once the payment is confirmed website said Ur order is for take away from Chennai. I called Gurgaon, Chennai and Delhi customer care of pizzahut to alter or cancel the order, but nobody confirmed the cancellation and there was no method to cancel it online. This was highly frustrating to note that such an established and known service provider can't give the confirmation of cancellation of my order. I am not sure about the commitment made by the executive that I will get the refund back. These kind practices must be falling under unlawful acts to cheat the customer.
