[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Unable to place order | |||||
I was trying to order a pizza on wednesday i. E. 13th july 2016 through the pizza hut app but there was some connectivity issue therefore i chose to call up 39883988 and after hearing my address the person said "we don't deliver at your address". I was so suprised to hear that at this was the second time i was ordering from pizza hut. After that i asked him for th number of the nearest outlet and he denied. Somehow i got the number of my nearest outlet through just dial and when i called them no one picked up. And a weird thing happened after an hour. I saw a pizza hut delivery boy in my locality who was here to deliver pizza. Can't expect such behavior from such a magnanimous food chain. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint has not been resolved and i havn't received any mail or call from the company. Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
