This company gave me a link to login which was not secure and when I called them they said mail us but spoke rudely on phone. After 12-13 days now they sent me a arbitrary notice on my mail and when I asked them about this they not only asking to pay only the utility charges which is 4400 but the advocate Suraj Patel said if I have to settle then I have to pay 11000 and after that also it totally depends on the company if they want to settle or not. I asked them that I dnt have any money and due to their insecure site I could not even log in to the link how can I work? They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me. From last two days I have been receiving sms from them that they will send hard copy of notice to my residential address. Someone please advise, I am tensed. Oct 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved A lady called me from 8956024701 and said that nothing will happen and asked me to mark my complaint as resolved. Sep 30, 2018 Updated by Tapan48 They are sending sms everyday and harassing me to pay money or they will file a case and I have to go to court which is impossible for me to bear for the expenses. I am tensed and can do anything because I am away from my family and I am struggling to live without asking for money from my family. Please sir help me as I cannot afford any money. I had taken a work from home job and now they are harrassing me to pay them money. Before I could join I informed the concerned person that I will not be able to pay as I am a house wife and life is difficult for us that the reason I had opted for this job but this company is continuously harassing me and sent me legal notice to pay them theses people are fraud and are making money instead by harassing costumers who join to work. Please I request that some action should be taken against such compines and people.
This company is claiming money from me as fine but I had already spoken to a woman at time of registration and told her that I'm poor housewife and can't afford to pay but I need a job as I have four year old daughter and now they are harassing me for money. She said its OK I can join, why say lies all this is to trap a customer just to pull money from them instead of paying them for whatever work they have done. I completed 200 forms I think I'm the one who should be paid for sitting up late nights trying to fill they hopeless forms which is purposely made so difficult to type that even an expert typist can't type it. Please kindly take some action against this company their are fraud.
