Planet Fashion — Awaiting My Refund from 1.5 months

I have ran out of patience with Planet Fashion and still awaiting my refund from 1.5 months and the two orders are as:

2519026

I have made 6 international calls to check the refund status and every time got the same lame and lousy reply and no action on the same.

Their refund team has gone to slumber and my queries seem like falling on deaf ears.
