Plethico Pharmaceuticals — fixed deposit not paid yet

Dear sir,

I have invested big amount in m/s plethico pharmaceuticals limited, indore in fixed deposits for rs.300000.[protected].00 + 100000.00 + 100000.00) the details of which are given below.

1. Fdr no.[protected].00 11.05.[protected].00 10.06.2015
2. Fdr no.[protected].00 13.04.[protected].00 12.05.2015
3. Fdr no.[protected].00 18.01.[protected].00 17.01.2014

But i have not received the payment for maturity amount of rs.300000.00 along with the interest. I am a senior citizen, but in spite of order passed by the national company law tribunal, ahmadabad bench, hold by shri. Bikki raveendra babu (Member) judicial by order no. Cpno 4/74 (2) nclt/ahm-2016, along with pursuance of roc gwalior, m. P.

Son kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
