Sabnam House, Plot No. A15/16 Central Cross Road - B Behind MIDC Police Chowki Andheri East Mumbai 400 093 His FDR No.27145 with M/S Plethico Pharmaceuticals dated 29.7.2013 for Rs.50000/- with maturity date of 27.6.2014 and maturity amount of Rs.56002/- is till date not been received by him.
