[Resolved]  Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Maturity amount cheque dishonored.

Dear Sir,
I had two FD's with the company due to my mother's medical condition I had requested the company to pre-mature my FD's. I had also submitted the medical certificate to the company. she had a major surgery and I wanted the money for her follow up treatment she is 68 yrs old a sr citizen.

I had to call them number of times for this and after a month they told me to submit the original FD certificate with their registrar Link Intime india private limited my FD no. are 19088 & 19089 both for 25000 along with the medical certificate of my mother's illness.

I was issued two warrants dated 27/11/2013 for the amount 24854 they calculated the amount as per the RBI rules. I deposited the cheques on 30/11/2013 and same were dishonored on 2/12/2013 for the reasons best known to them. again I was told by them to deposit it on 5/12/2013 which were again dishonored on 7/12/2013 again for the reasons best known to them.

Sir I am in real need of money as I have to pay for mother's medical follow up's. I request you to please look in to the matter and help me out of this asap.
