Jc 803809 a ex hony sub maj surya narayan rai and my dated policy no aps-266-l dated 22/8/89 was matured on 22/jan/2018. I had already forword my original policy vide 789 fpo letter no 789/ pli corr/fpo dated 23 jan 2018. After elapsed four/months and regular repeated requests On the subject but above pli maturity amount has not been credited in my account bill date. You are therefore requested to look into the matter personally and abid pli maturity value may please be credited in my account under initmation to me as soon as possible.
