PMC — burning plastic tyres and plastic particles

This is kalyan from gandhi nagar area. Here in our area daily some people are burning tyres and plastic items day by day increasing the pollution in our area and city as well.. We r facing breathing issues due to the release of gases when burnt so pls look into this case. We don't understand whom to complaint pls call us [protected]. Thanks in advance i[censored] can help us
