[Resolved] PNB — Amount refunded by amazon but not received in bank yet | |
Sir/Maam, I made an online payment to amazon using my pnb debit card, the money was debitted but transaction wasnt completed, the money was reversed by amazon and they provided me with the refund reference number, it has been 17 days, and i have complained at pnb customer care various times but the money is not recieved yet. I have done an online transaction of Rs1899 from my pnb debit card ending 8404 on Amazon. The same amount has been refunded from the Amazon with refund ref. no 30005110311031133540136 dtd 07.02.2021 but still the amount is not credited in my account .
kindly look into the matter and credit the amount at the earliest.
