PNB Bank — debited money from my account but amount did not materialise | |||||
Sir, I bag to say that my name is dheeraj kumar s/o shashi ranjan kumar. Account no:- [protected] (In pnb bank). Debit card no:- [protected] It is to inform you that on 15-march-2018 at 16:45min. I tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10, 000/- from atm of canara bank at abulane, meerut but the transaction did not materialise. I booked a complaint no:- m[protected] immediately at the call centre. I was told that the amount will be credited back to my a/c in 2 days but it is regretted that even after 6 working days the amount has not been received back. Kindly take immediately action to retrieve my amount as i am in dire need of cash.
