Hi,
This is with regards to atm transaction on 30/10/2019 for rs. 3500.
The amount was never dispersed from the atm yet the account was debited.

A complain was already raised however it was not resolved starting the transaction was successful which it wasn't.
Transaction was done through hdfc bank atm in gurugram office location.

They never get in touch with their customers. All puppets are sitting there and repeat the same story over and over again.
If you are able to help me, please suggest legal action and proceedings.

I was not expecting a scam call out of this. Is your complaint available for everyone with no security???

They asked for the otp to hack the account.
Call came from [protected].
