Hi, This is with regards to atm transaction on 30/10/2019 for rs. 3500. The amount was never dispersed from the atm yet the account was debited. A complain was already raised however it was not resolved starting the transaction was successful which it wasn't. Transaction was done through hdfc bank atm in gurugram office location.
