Today, at 12:46, my son tried to withdraw money from our joint account with Punjab National Bank ATM at Golf Course Metro Station, Noida. My branch is Sector 18, Noida (U.P).
When he tried to enter the 15000/- amount after putting the password then the printed message indicated that there is no sufficient funds. On trying again for Rs. 10000/-, again it was the same message and no money came out. However, on my registered mobile number I got a message that Rs. 15000/- has been debited to my account. The copy of the print out of the balance slip & mini statement, are attached for your reference and shows:
20150322 EFT/CASH WDL/ D 15000.00.

I immediately called up your customer care centre [protected] at 12:53 pm and Ms. Neema replied. She took my identification details and lastly told me that since it was Sunday today, so she is unable to see the transaction and asked me to lodge a complaint tomorrow on Monday. I again called customer care at 1:00 pm and Ms. Divya picked up. She also gave the same reply.
PNB should immediately arrange immediate credit of Rs. 15000/- back into my account number.
