[Resolved] PNB — Refund issued by Amazon but didn't yet credited to my account | |||||
Respected sir, I am Amit Shaw have ordered a laptop of 42900 on 12 th March from Amazon with order id:[protected] and on the next day I cancelled the order. Amazon told me that they sent the refund to me on 14 th March with refund reference number:# 30005110711071127934990. But the amount didn't credited to my account yet. Amazon told me to visit bank but bank employees do not cooperating with me. And Amazon reiterating same thing everyday I call them. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. And take action against both Amazon and bank ( United Bank of India) to get my money back soon. I am providing screenshot of my order and refund id. And my bank is Punjab National Bank Branch- bansberia (0156).
