Today 8-jan-2020, for my bad luck, i tried to purchase a bike insurance, but after the payment being made, their website didn't load properly and my money got stuck with them. Now i tried to call and register a complaint, then got to know that their customer service doesn't have a call option for bike insurance, and the car insurance team won't help you. The other contact number for services will not work and you won't be able to connect through that too. Kindly don't go with them. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com which i used for the purchase. The money is deducted from my account. Now i am stuck as they don't have a contact number for bike insurance, and they didn't even sent a mail regarding the purchase. Was this information helpful? | |||
