Policy Bazaar — car insurance cancelled but incomplete amount refund | |||
This complaint is regarding not providing promised complete amount refund on cancellation of new car insurance policy 1. I took new car insurance policy from policy bazaar with royal sundaram, all policy details were correct while i was doing payment 2. When policy issued, car model was incorrect, my dob was incorrect 3. When consulted policy bazaar executive, the quick way to get this fixed is to cancel current policy and issue new one, the executive also confirmed in email that refund would be 100% excluding only admin charges 4. Following policy bazaar executive's advise i cancelled policy with royal sundaram and issued new one with hdfc ergo 5. For cancelled policy when refund made i only received part of premium i paid deducted almost 8k which certainly appeared like admin charge alone 6. Complete break of trust and credibility of policy bazaar executive 7. Did at least 10 follow up calls and no positive response and instead they tried finding fault on my side, but i had all my facts in written email from policy bazaar executive and it was complete misleading information from policy bazaar 8. Pathetic service from policy bazaar and can't really trust their service anymore 9. Made several complaints and all of them still open with 0 response Was this information helpful? | |||

No progress on the status, support team has acted irresponsibly so far and I have call them every time for update and only response I get to hear is that I will get call back from their consultant which never happens
