Policy Bazaar — car insurance - payment done but still pending situation. not getting reply of my emails

I have taken car insurance on date 9th jan 2019,
After 2 months i received email from liberty general insurance that the details i had given of my previous policy is not matching online so they requested to send my previous year policy
Then after i sent my previous year policy immediately and tell them to reply me
But i didnt get reply yet

Now then after 2 months, in month of july i got call regarding the same from policy bazaar representative, so i gave him my previous year policy immediately
Now still my new policy is on hold
I am not getting any clarity since 45 days regarding my policy

If my car get an accident what will happen
Even if i paid then also i shall not get insurance amount
So cancel my policy and give me my money back, i shall take another insurance
Do as early as possible
