Sir, I bought my car insurance policy from policy bazaar. While purchasing it on 23.10.2018, the policy bazaar executive said it cashless policy, which i confirmed several times, also i questioned him that my car is 2011 model, then how can a cashless policy be issued. But executive assured me that digit insurance provides cashless policy for such vehicles. I paid the amount and policy no. D[protected] generated from digit insurance. On 11.02.2019, i met an accident. I informed the digit insurance. Claim no.[protected] registered. I completed all the process and got the car repaired. Repairing bill was rs. 8138.00. I mailed the bill to digit insurance executive mr. Chandra babu. He told me that this policy is simple comprehensive and not zero depreciation. He calculated the refund amount rs. 4650.00 The policy bazaar executive cheated me for selling the said policy. If there is any call recording system, recording of conversation between us can be checked. I request you that such an cheater executive should be punished and my policy be treated as cashless. I M really glad with ur class one services, I'm very sorry to say tat, I want to cancel my policy because I wanna go with other insurance company.
