Policy Bazaar — claim regarding guidance.. | |||
I purchased oriental car insurance policy from policy bazar.. After few months i had an accident in my car. I applied for insurance claim from oriental insurance. I did all the formalities. But even after 2 months didn't get my claim amount. So i called polivy bazar if they can help me know the reason behind the delay, or can help me getting contact no. Of concerned authority. Every time i called they said give us 3- 4 days we will call u back. But they didnt call me back. And finally after 5-6 th call told me that we are not liable for claim. I said ofcourse u are not. I only asked for help i[censored] can. They said just a min sir let us ch3ck and they cancelled the call. Every time i call the hung up. They didnt guide me regarding anything. Except selling policy.. Dont know y there is option of claim regarding service in help line.. I bought 2 policies from policy bazar.. But i will never buy or suggest anyone to buy policy from policy bazar. Absolutely unprofessional and unpolite behaviour.. Arun mob no.[protected].. Was this information helpful? | |||
