Policy Bazaar — didn't receive my two wheeler insurance | |||
It's been 5 days when i did two wheeler policy renew from policy bazaar website. Your website shows "sorry transaction failed" but money has been deducted from my account. Even i did complaint on your policy bazaar customer care number but didn't receive proper response. I was renewing two wheeler insurance from your site. Everything was good but at the time of payment. I went ahead with the process but your site showed me sorry traction has been failed.. But i received a msg from my citi bank a/c about deduction of amount. My contact number [protected]. Kindly help me to renew my two wheeler policy. Was this information helpful? | |||
