K p swarankar Subject: : policy bazaar : claim refund status :[protected] : up93ak1668 Hi team, I am writing reg my pending car insurance claim, which is in pending status since 6-7 months no progress has been made except the new queries and commitments. You can refer the email with the above subject line which is floating from long time between policy bazaar (Dhananjoy ghosh - claim department and national insurance company & me). We had submitted a claim for my car accident, in the month of dec 2018. At the very initial stage there was a fault from policy bazaar side, we waited for the claim amount for 3 months, when there was no progress after submitting the claim documents, when we contacted national insurance company they came up with the reason saying that the documents were not shared by policy bazaar with them. Means for 3 months the documents (Images of car & video was with policy bazaar only). Still the claim is not yet cleared even after multiple follow ups, every time there is a new query from national insurance side. This time there was a discrepancy in claim form dates, while filling the form date was entered wrongly. So for that insurance company has asked for clarification we already submitted the written clarification still no update since 15-20 days. This is very pathetic situation where the customer is suffering because of carelessness of others. Request you to kindly look into this and help us to get the claim amount.
