I paid 49k for my parents max bupa health insurance on 1st feb 2018, i had started getting calls that the policy for both has not been accepted for my mother & only my father is eligible for the policy around 11th feb, since i wanted a floater policy for both, i refused to go ahead with it & requested a refund, my refund request was approved on 23rd feb 2018 & since then i am getting calls from then every 2 days & every person talking to me is telling me that the money will be transferred in next 5-6 days. On 8th march i had a big fight with the employees & spoke to 3 different hierarchy people & strictly instructed them that they can't keep my money illegally for so long & that they must transfer the amount by 11th march. In-spite of such a big fight, the employee tells me after so many days that the insurer takes min 15days to revert, now after so many days these people are not bothered to inform nor do they look in a mood of transferring such a big amount anytime soon. I have a number of mr. Vivek agarwal - [protected] who mean while tried to sell me another policy, when i asked him to adjust the payment through the previous one he said i have to make a fresh payment of rs.40k & that the earlier money will be soon refunded, thank got i didnt pay that money, but my 49k refund is still with them. I have never seen such a cheat company who promises you everything & a refund in instance & has the guts to call every 2 days & listen to the complaints i have and initiate a new conversation every time. I again, through this platform request them to transfer my money asap before i take things a different way. I even have the cal recordings that i can provide as proof.
