[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — i have cancelled my icici term plan.. refund not received after 12days

Dear policybazaar,
My name is nagaraju galipelli and my registered mobile no is 79xxxxx171.
I have purchased term policy (Application number : op[protected] of icici iprotect smart term insurance for 75 years on 18th jan 2019, and i have cancelled the same on the same day. It's been more than 12 days, they have promised to refund the amount with 3-4 working days but till date i have not received my refund.
