[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — issued an invalid policy and then charging for cancellation | |||
I bought a new india car insurance policy from their website and by mistake put 25% as ncb. I got an message that if ncb is not correct then your insurer may decline claim. I immediately raised a change request as per their instructions this was in jan 7 before my old policy was getting expired. Since then only update i get from their is date. First 16-jan, then 26-jan then 21-jan. Meanwhile my policy has expired and when i tried to cancel old one and buy a new one policybazaar insists on cancellation fee as per them invalid policy issued by themww is active!!! Isnt his ridiculous? Please help. All - do not buy policy from them as there is not due diligence done by them during issuance. Better buy it from agent or insurance provider directly rather that risk your life their false promises. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved got it resolved after raising a griveance in new India mobile app. Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I am getting multiple calls and would request not to make more call or else I have opt for legal process.
