I purchased an icici prrulife term policy paying 1800 per month through policy bazaar, however your team has charged me for another 2 policies and 1 from hdfc worth 3601 rupees and another also from icici prulife for an amount of 1800 again. Which means : i paid 3601 + 1800 extra for 2 more policies and, please cancel the other 2 poliices and refund the full amount.

However, the ICICI Prudential Term Life Plan can be surrendered and for that we request you to stop making payment of your premiums.

Please note that the insurer will not be able to refund your money.

Further, we are checking with the Insurer, regarding refund status for your HDFC Term Life Plan.

As soon as we receive any update from the Insurer, we will inform you the same.
