1)). I paid rs. 17111.00 on 28.09.2017 to policy bazar for purchasing an insurance for my raulalt duster car, registration no. Ga08m 3605. 2). During the finalization of premium neither policy bazar officers nor their website had clarified that the video inspection is the only way of inspection. 3) i downloaded their apps, took video and tried to upload video following their instruction on 17.10.2017, using samsung galaxy a5. But failed. I informed them on 20.10.2017 and they accepted some issue in their software. 4) they intimated me on 24.10.2017 that they are organizing for some inspector to inspect the car and i reminded them for the same on 26-27.10.2017. 5) received mail saying the amount will be refunded without giving any justification/clarification on 2nd, 10th, 11th, 18th and 22nd november 2017 and every time they have extended the dates.
