Policy Bazaar — no answer to the queries after more than a week | |||
Dear all, I have purchased a max life child education plan from policy bazaar on 29th october, 2018. Policy number is[protected]. On 3rd november, i sent a mail on [protected]@policybazaar.com regarding agent commission with a snapshot.in reply, i got a mail from policy bazaar which assure me that i would get the resolution before 9th september (Let's consider it 9th november. Yesterday i contacted policy bazaar and i got the answer that i will get resolution before next monday or tuesday. Yesterday on call, i and mr. Amit (Team leader of policy bazaar service team) came to conclusion that he will give me mail for that with forward path to raise my complaint in front of his senior persons. But i didn't get a mail from policy bazaar and even i called to service executive and request a call from them or miss sabnam rani (Who has given me policy, policy bazaar sales team executive). I request a call from sabnam rani yesterday also but i didn't get any call till now. I requested a call from respective department since 8th november but i didn't get any call from your end. I have uploaded that screenshot for your reference. This is the example of poorest service provided to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
