Hi Team I have purchased a zero dep. policy for my uncle’s car DL 1CZ 6099 from HDFC ERGO, my uncle Mr. Ved prakash gave his car undr claim due to an accident happenned. A surveyor came and demanded a document from me for that document CPA endorsement i called policy customer care and they asked me that was not required as you carrying a zero dept policy. I told the same to the survey person but he told me that CPA endorsement is a different document. The. I called multiple times for the same many times they dont picked and if picked they told me that will arrange a call in 30 min and afterit no call got from them At last a got an email from the surveyor that if you failed to submit that document then your claim will not passed as fully Really i m not happy to purchase the policy from policybazaar Was this information helpful? | |||
