[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Non issuance of policy
Dear policy Bazaar…. On 10th January 2017 i applied to purchase four wheeler policy from your website. Details of policy are as follows

on 11th jan 2017 i received mail regarding documents of vehicle and old policy for inspection and accordingly i immediately forwarded the same.
Today on 22nd Jan 2017 i inquired for policy status. Policy Bazar crew informed me that after all documentation ONE day policy bazar staff called me TWICE but i didn’t pick phone and thereafter no followup was taken by policy bazar. Therefore policy is not issued till today because of some unknown mistake from policy bazar. I trusted policy bazar and purchased immediate policy bcz my previous policy was lapsed and I have submitted all required documents ASAP for immediate vehicle inspection. Also today i came to know that without any verification policy bazar team got mail on 18th Jan 2017 that my vehicle is out of town.
Due to unreasonable delay from your side, now i have purchased physical policy for same vehicle and inspection was done on same day. Now I demand for REFUND OF ENTIRE MONEY PAID TO policy bazar on 10th Jan 2017 without any delay.
