[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Paid twice for same policy | |
My RTN on policy bazaar is [protected] On 6th jan 2021, last evening i purchased an insurance policy for my two wheeler. Amount got deducted and simultaneously their app got a lag/freeze. I paid from UPI for the first time. They showed payment pending in an email message. Then i opened the message and again paid. This time i used debit card method. Now policy was showing in my account. But what about my money which got deducted in the first place. Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I simply received an email and an sms that your refund has been processed after filing complaint in consumer complaints.in within 3 hours.
Previously i had sent couple of emails to official mail of the company.
Don't know how, they just refunded my money. Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
