[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — payment deducted from account but still not accounted in my policy since two weeks | |||
I'd purchased a policy of bajaj allianz ulip plan in year 2017 but never add my card to auto deduct premium for this however i did purchased this policy this card. Since 2017 i've pay it's premium through other source but last month feb 2019 the premium of inr 2500/- auto deduct from my card on policy due date 28th february and same amount name of policy bazaar has not been reflected in my policy. I'd discussed this whole thing customer care also of policy bazar he just ingored me & almost 10-12 request raised on policy bazar app regarding this niether they are call me nor reply this Was this information helpful? | |||
