[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Policy cancellation not accepted | |
I took a new car insurance with policy bazar in United India insurance on June 6th 2021. The insurance has been generated. Unfortunately, car is cancelled due to dealer issue and car never went for registration. Immediately i called policy bazar and asked for cancellation, where there is no proper response. Every time i call, i get automated mails only. Below was my mail: Hi, I had called your customer service yesterday and informed below issue. My Booking ID:[protected], BALASUBRAMANIYAN United India Insurance Co Ltd. Insurance taken for new car Ford Ecosport 1.5 TDCI Titanium+ SE. NOW CAR is CANCELLED due to dealer issue. Please cancel my policy and advise further procedure. Attached herewith the screenshot of cancellation mail sent to dealer for your reference. Agent in policy bazar keeps fooling me That he received only email and not screenshot. They keep postponing this issue for 3 days.
