Policy Bazaar — Policybazaar not refunding my money for failed transaction | |||
Hi, I have purchased a two wheeler policy from Policy Bazar (Attached the purchased policy details). However, I had to made two transactions as the first transaction was failed but the amount was paid to Policy Bazar. Details of two transaction are as below: a) First Transaction (Failed transaction): Date- 19th june, Payment Mode- mobikwik wallet, Transaction id on mobikwik- DMBK[protected], Amount- Rs 1008 ( I don't have any other details as while website redirected me to Policy Bazar after payment made on mobikwik portal, the transaction failed and thus don't have anything else to provide. But yes policy details could be helpful in that) b) Second Transaction (Successful Transaction): Date - 23rd June, Amount - Rs 1008 Now I have been writing to Policy Bazar, however, a guy named Nitish Kumar, Two Wheeler Insurance Team has already acknowledged that they found details of failed transaction (attached is the snapshot of mail), however, I am still waiting for the refund and have been writing to them but no one is replying. Leave aside replying no one is even acknowledging my mail. Its been more than a month now since my transaction failed. Could you please help? Was this information helpful? | |||
