1.The health app Activ Health of Aditya Birla is not working at all...even after communication with customer care number of service center...[protected]
2. I told Agent that I had hypertension in past years...although not taking medicine for it...and I wanted to mention this as pre existing disease...She said it can be modified during verification call and when I got call I was told that engineers will again call me to rectify the policy and mention hypertension as preexisting disease...I got no call afterwards.
3. There is no network of Aditya birla in My home state H.P. and I got misguided by agent in this matter.She named avilability of one hospital in Mandi(H.P.)...
4. The information given to me about by agent on no claim bonus was that Insurer will get 60% bonus in first year ...60% bonus in 2nd year and 10% each for 3rd ..4th and 5th year ...With total 50% bonus...This is also not written in document...
5. WellNess Policy :
I was told that wellness policy will be issued to me with in 15 day or on 15th day..I have got no information regarding this.
Keeping in view of poor services (Non functional Activ Health app) of Aditya Birla Group ...and unsatisfactory services of Policy Bazar.com I want to want to surrender my policy today itself...
Without any DOB documents & Medical Tests and false information about aditya birla health insurance, this insurance was approved by policy bazar.com to me which shows they are concerned only with selling policies without any authenticity
Please refund my full amount of Rs. 13042/- as quick as possible...
Otherwise I have to resort to higher alternatives...
