[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — provide wrong information of premium to sell policy | |
Hi, I buy term life insurance policy through policy bazaar there agent call me on 8 oct and told me to book policy on same date as if i book policy on 9 oct premium increase. And if i booked on 8 oct premium will be rs912. I booked policy on 8 oct and pay three months premium accordingly but when i get my policy details it show increased premium rs 970. Now when i cotact them they don't answer properly nd said your policy issue after your birthday so premium increase but this thing i already cleared when booked my policy that premium not increase if booked on 8 oct 2018.
