Policy Bazaar — received wrong policy copy | |
I've place a order 30th jan 2019 for 1 year car insurance of ifco tokio company through policybazaar. I've paid rs 3363 for 1 year insurance amount and order completed successfully. After receiving soft copy in mail i found that soft copy was wrong as my current policy start from 1-feb-2019 and ends on 30-jan-2020 but in soft copy it was showing me 15-dec-2015 to 14-dec-2016 which is incorrect. It's almost 15 days still they are telling me i've to wait more. I want refund for my policy. Was this information helpful? | |
