Policy Bazaar — refund against 2 wheeler insurance

Hi

I have booked Iffco Tokio 2 wheeler insurance policy from policy bazaar through online mode on 12.10.2018 that time payment was deducted and accordingly got text for payment confirmation but few hours later I again got re attempt payment for unsuccessful transaction. I called policy bazaar team & they told me that system is showing successful payment status as policy bazar end and subsequently you will receive the policy with in 24 hours. But I didn’t receive soft copy of policy. I again called policy bazar team on 14.10.2018 for soft copy of policy then they told me that due to Saturday & Sunday is weekly off you will get the same by Monday. But when its not issued to me on monday also then on 16.10.2018 they told me that due to technical issue payments not reached to insurance end your policy will not issue and if your account is debited you will get the refund with in 7 to 10 working days & all the details of policy booked on 12.10.208 was removed from my policy bazar login.

As a legal requirement of having valud 2 wheeler insurance I again called policy bazar service team on 20.10.2018 & ask the refund status. They told me that its initiated & you will get the same very soon and assure me that it will refund in 7 to 10 working days. So as per sales team assurance I again booked a new policy against the link shared by policy bazar sales team and paid the premium.
But on 21.10.2018 the policy bazar issued both policy which was earlier booked on 12.10.2018. & 21.10.2018.

I told him that you assured me that you will get refund against policy booked on 12.10.2018 but instead of initiating refund you have issued 2 policy against same vehicle & I told service team please refund but till sate struggling for refund status.

Today on 01.11.2018 I called Iffco tokio customer helpline and shared both policy number booked on 12.10.2018 & 21.10.2018 and asked which policy is cancelled, then IFFCO tokio customer care is saying the policy booked on 21.10.2018 is requested for cancellation but in policy bazar login its showing policy cancellation booked on 12.10.2018.

I have having all the screenshots of the same request to suggest or help for further action.
