[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — refund is not getting processed / no response to emails / no response to calls | |||
Dear team, It's always dis-heartening to register a complaint but i believe you must understand that customer opt this option only when he does not receive solution for his issue. My concern is, i have doubt a term plan of tata aia thru policy bazzar on 20th aug. But no one supported well to take it to final step as medical was never get done even after calling and mailing your team a number of times. Then after exhausted from follow ups i have requested to cancel the policy. For which i received the confirmation call a week back but till date refund is not processed.
