Policy Bazaar — refund not initiated against car insurance policy

I bought my car insurance policy from policybazar.

The moment i made the payment. I got a call from policybazar end.

They said - you made a mistake and you have to buy a new policy.

And once once you will buy new policy. Your previous policy complete amount will get refunded in your account withing 5-6 working days. And you wont be charge anything for the wrong policy.

I did the same and believed on their lie.

Now its been more then 10 days and still not refunded.

Now they are saying you will be charge for some amount. And not telling me exactly when will i get my refund.

Dear friends.

Do not believe if you will get any call from policybazar while booking a policy
Or even if you are just inquiring for quotation.

There are some bunch of cheaters. Who are just misguiding and selling policies to us with false commitments and information.

I will escalate it on top level and with concern regularities who are taking care about complaints of customer regarding such mental harassment.

They are just like a dalal who are just making commissions between customer and insurer with false commitments
