[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — refund not initiated and pending from 3 months

I have booked a TATA AIA Life - Tata AIA Life SampoornaRaksha from policy bazar, but due to financial crisis made a decision to cancel the term plan, which i updated /informed to Policy Bazaar through they online facility to cancel the term insurance, I repeatedly inquired about the refund status but till now policy bazar/TATA AIA Life has not made any steps to refund the amount

I contacted TATA AIA customer care, they asked me to update the NEFT details along with a cancelled cheque, Amount was refunded via net banking .
