I have booked a TATA AIA Life - Tata AIA Life SampoornaRaksha from policy bazar, but due to financial crisis made a decision to cancel the term plan, which i updated /informed to Policy Bazaar through they online facility to cancel the term insurance, I repeatedly inquired about the refund status but till now policy bazar/TATA AIA Life has not made any steps to refund the amount Policy bazar- Application No C[protected] Policy bazar- Booking ID[protected] Seek assistance to expedite the refund Thanks Alex Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted TATA AIA customer care, they asked me to update the NEFT details along with a cancelled cheque, Amount was refunded via net banking .

Every day I am getting So many SMS and Sales calls from policy bazaar.
I have even tried to unsubscribe from their site however they are not allowing unsubsribing button for SMS, Calls and Emails.
I am not able to disable the said buttons.
