Policy Bazaar — refund not initiated for the 2 wheeler insurance since 2 months | |||||
I have purchased two policies for a 2 wheeler from policybazaar.com, then i requested to cancel my first policy on 23rd jan, but till date i have not received the refund. They are just sending me mails to share an update but in actual they are not serious and delaying the process again and again. Its very shame that a company like policy bazaar who claims to refund the amount within 15 days is not actually following it as it is 2 months that i requested the refund but don't received yet. I don't trust policy bazaar and never ever take any policy in future from policybazaar.com. Was this information helpful? | |||||

even i am facing the same. they made me to purchase policy for the 2nd time as they made mistakes on the first policy so i cancelled the first policy and waiting for my refund. i will go to consumer court if i dont get my money back within next 3days.
