I bought a policy of premium rs 17436 on 14th december but due to some issue, i cancelled it. As per them, the refund has been initiated on 21st december but so far i didn't receive any money. After i call them, they keep repeating me same stuff "your refund has been initiated, please wait for 7 days." neither do they give me the transaction id.

Updated by HB V When I ask for the transaction ID, they do not provide me any ID hence, I suspect they have not even initiated yet.
