[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — refund pending for three months

My advocate has advised me that he will file an rti on refund pending status of policy bazaar.

1. I had made payment twice for a policy on 21st oct, 2018

2. Since two payments for same policy was made, i requested cancellation of one of them
I have been advised by mr. Yash from the policy bazaar team.

Please note that on 21st oct, 2018 i have made payment twice of rs 99120/- towards the same policy.

3. Because of bad customer service i didnt process the other policy. Thus it was also automatocally cancelled.

4. It has been almost 3months i am following up with your company. No response.

5. My advocate has suggested to file rti on pending payment for policy bazaar.

6. You will have to refund with interest.

I have been a customer of policy bazaar for almost 3 years and this is my worst experience.

I had to repay my credit card on time. Who will pay my interest on credit card?

No response received though I have sent screen shots of my credit card statements which clearly shows that only one refund is received
