Dear Sir/Mam, I khushbu Pancholi, booked a plan with policy bazaar that is SBI E-wealth Insurance on 23rd, Oct 19 with amount ₹1500/-. Policy bazaar advisor said, " you will receive your policy within a week." I wait till 5 Nov19 But my policy not been issued. Then I call time to time to know why my policy does not issue yet but they don't reply as well as not received call. I was frustrated and sent my complaint by email to [protected]@policybazaar.com on 12th, Nov19. And again sent on 28th Nov19. They mailed me on 3rd, Dec19 for some documents like bank transaction details and KYC to revert my booking amount in my bank account. I mailed all documents to [protected]@policybazaar.com on 3rd, Dec19. The advisor refund will be credited in your account within 3 days but there is no refund I received yet. They don't cooperate with me. My money stucked from 23rd, Oct19. This is my first investment experience and it was rubbish. What I do now to get back a refund. Please help me out.
