I sahil seth had opted to purchase a term life policy from policybazaar, which turned out to be the worst decision of my life till date. After multiple checkups and everything the kotak e term plan got rejected on 5/10/2018 and i am still awaiting refund since then, after almost calling daily on your toll free no ([protected]) there is no clarity on why the refund is not initiated. Even registering complaints on your mobile application does not work, i recieve a message stating that you will recieve a call within 24 hours but no call is recieved.
This is really very pathetic. After a lot of harassment i had received a mail from teampolicybazaar on 24/10/2018 to share my credit card statement which was dulyshared although i think they should not have asked so, after which i received a mail that the money will be refunded in 7-10 working days, still i haven’t received any.
During the purchase of the policy i used to get around 5-7 calls daily from the team regarding the same. Now during the refund initiation every one has backed out.
This is really not done. Waiting for over 1 and a half month for a refund for a policy that has been rejected by your insurance partner
Now they have asked me to share a cancelled cheque copy which has also been shared, still there is no refund not the reasoning that why is the refund not processed
I wanted to purchase it from another insurer but am still waiting for the refund, what if something happens to me in the mean while, who is liable???
