Policy Bazaar — vouchers for medical use not provided even after 3 months of buying policy | |||||
I bought a health insurance policy via the website policy bazar around 27th dec 2016 along with rs 6500 worth of vouchers (That could be used for buying medicine and/or paying consultation charges of medical practitioners). It is 3 months that the website has done nothing to provide these to me and every complaint that i make to them is followed up with calls from their call center asking me about the issue, and a promise to get back with the vouchers shortly. I have tried in vain and think that i have been taken for a ride by this online marketing company. Please help get me a resolution. For people trying to buy policies, please be very careful with what is promised to you and i would suggest that you get a upfront discount rather than be at their mercy and redoubtable offers of vouchers. Hi,
No change in status. POLICY BAZAR executives called me multiple times to say it was fixed. I got a message in the website to contact a email id of a Sumit - who never responded and now the website is back to where I started. No resolution and a lot of misleading information by the website in the interim.
